Working Process:
Collection of Plastic Waste: We collect and sort hard plastic waste to remove contaminants and non-recyclable materials.
Washing: We wash the sorted plastic in the Soft and Hard Washing Plant to remove dirt, labels, and impurities, ensuring a clean input for the extrusion process.
Shredding: We feed the cleaned plastic into a shredder, which breaks it down into smaller pieces suitable for further processing.
Drying: The Soft/Hard Plastic Dryer Machine removes moisture from the shredded plastic, preparing it for the melting stage.
Extrusion: We then feed the dried plastic into the extruder, which melts it and forms it into strands.
Cooling and Cutting: We cool the extruded strands and then cut them into small granules (dana) of uniform size.
Packaging: We package the finished granules for distribution, preparing them for use as raw materials in various applications.
